On credit card orders we don't charge your account until we ship. Delivery Most products are shipped from our Distribution Center. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box and in the event of a delay you will be notified. Item numbers that begin with "D" are shipped directly from the factory and require a street address in the Continental U.S. and may take additional time to reach you. Because some items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher; therefore they have an additional charge as noted in the product description. Our vendors usually ship fast but please allow up to 2-4 weeks for delivery on these drop ship products.
