Q.Can I get logos or graphics? A.Our BASIC BANNERS are text only, plus simple clip art from our library. For logos, photos or customer supplied art, please see our PREMIUM BANNER pages. Q.Can I get a second color? A.For BASIC BANNERS, additional text colors are and extra 25%. For PREMIUM BANNERS, there is no limit or extra charge for colors. Q.Can you print on both sides? A.We CANNOT print double-sided banners at this time. For greater versatility and durability, most people just order two and put back to back; This way you can mount them as back-to-back, angled or separate if your needs change. Also, they are double thick so the print won’t show through and twice as durable for longer life. Q.Can I get a custom size banner? A.Our BASIC BANNERS are only available in the stock sizes shown. For PREMIUM BANNERS we can make custom sizes up to the largest size listed. For standard sizes, just select the proper size, for custom sizes, round up for the drop down size selection, then fill in the appropriate area of the order form telling us the correct size. Q.Do you do vertical print banners? A.As simple as this would seem, for some reason it always gets complicated and takes a disproportionate amount of design work, so to keep production simple, we do not do vertical print. Q.Do the banners have holes (grommets) for hanging and can I get extra? A.All of our banners will have standard placement of grommets every 3-4 feet. We can not remove or change the placement on the BASIC BANNERS. We can leave out the grommets or do some special spacing on the PREMIUM BANNERS. Q.Do the banners have slits for wind? A.Our banners are heavy and will hold up fine in regular to moderate winds. Using bungee cords instead of, or in addition to rope, will relieve some strain from heavier winds. Our production process does not allow us to individually cut the banners. You’re always free to cut them yourself with an exacto or utility knife, but if hung properly and not exposed to gale force winds, it should not be necessary. Q.Can I see a design without ordering and giving my credit card number? A.With our low prices, we stay very busy, and unfortunately don't have the extra personnel to design banners without an order. Q.When will I get a proof? A.Design and proof your banner instantly using our On-Line Design System. For all other orders, placed before 3 pm Mon-Fri (Central time), your proof will be posted within 4 hours. Orders received after 3 pm will be posted by noon the following business day. Q.What if I don’t find my proof posted when it is supposed to be? A.You should contact us immediately or call 866-339-4843, there may be a problem with the order or email system. Q.What if I don't like the design on the proof? A.We're happy to take suggestions and make changes to your design and post another proof; we want you to be totally happy with your banner. Q.How long does it take to get my banner? A. Banners will generally ship the DAY AFTER PROOF APPROVAL. Shipping will take from 1-4 business days, depending on where you are located. Realistically, you should expect to receive your banner 2-5 business days after placing your order; depending on how fast you approve the proof and where you are located. Check our map of approximate delivery days. For tight deadline work, be sure to select 2 day or 1 day shipping or call before ordering. Q.How do I know when my banner has shipped and how can I track it? A.When UPS picks up your banner, they will email you a tracking number and estimated delivery day. Check your junk folder for this, they get caught allot. Q.How much is shipping? A.A flat $9 covers UPS Ground for your entire order. For faster delivery select UPS 2 Day shipping at $20+ $2 for each additional banner or UPS Next Day shipping at $40+ $5 ea. additional banner. US Street addresses only, NO PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s. Q.How do I store my banner? A.For BASIC BANNERS, roll your banner with the PRINT OUT and store in the shipping box we send, for PREMIUM BANNERS, roll with the PRINT IN. Don't store in extreme heat, like the trunk of your car. Never fold. With these precautions, your banner can last for years. Q.I'm not comfortable using my credit card on the Internet, can I order by phone or fax? A.For accuracy and security, we can not take orders by phone or fax. We use Verisign, a very large, reputable, third party credit card processor, with the highest level of security. I can assure you our system is safer than giving your card number to some guy over the phone, who just jots it down on a post-it note. And of course, you are protected from fraud loss by your credit card company. Be aware - Since our banners are custom made, your card is charged when you order; BUT, if you change your mind anytime before you approve the design, for ANY reason, we immediately give a 100% refund, no questions asked, no problem; we only want 100% satisfied customers. It would often take as much time to take an order, as to produce the banner; so we've simplified and automated the order process, and now we can do twice as many banners and charge half as much. Q.I am hanging the banner over a street between 2 poles; will this banner work? A.Our banners are of the highest quality, BUT over-the-street (large banners strung between 2 poles) applications are very demanding and generally require special material, therefore we do not recommend our banners for over-the-street type applications. They may still work for a short term, but we can not guarantee these banners and can not give refunds if they fail. To keep things simple, we do not carry the special material required for this application.
